Welcome to Pooch Patrol Dog School - Dog Walking, training and boarding! We are dedicated to providing exceptional care for your dogs. Please carefully review and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. A signed consent form is required before any services can commence.

Meet and Greet

I understand that a mandatory meet and greet session will be scheduled before any walks can take place to discuss my dog's needs and ensure a good fit for services rendered.

Booking and Walks

Information Form: I agree to provide all necessary details about my dog before booking.

Advanced Booking: I agree to make all bookings at least 24 hours in advance. I understand that booking multiple days at the beginning of each week will better ensure that services may be available.

Walking Schedule: We will do everything they can to walk client’s dogs at their preferred slot but I understand that due to unforeseen circumstances this may change slightly onoccasion.

Walking duration: I understand that dogs are walked for one hour in groups of no more than four compatible and friendly dogs. The allocated time is solely dedicated to my dog's walk. Travel time, collection/drop-off, and post-walk cleaning are included at no extra charge and that will mean my dog is away from home for more than one hour to account for travel and picking up/dropping off other dogs.

Travel: We will ensure that all dogs will be transported in a fan cooled/heated and temperature monitored, vehicle and will be contained in separate secure crates.

Cancellations

Refund Policy: I understand that cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in the full charge of the agreed walk.

Service Disruption: In case Pooch Patrol Dog School is unable to provide the agreed service, I acknowledge that efforts will be made to arrange an alternative and I will be kept informed at all times.

Payment

Payment Method: I understand that Pooch Patrol Dog School accepts bank transfers and cash only. Payment terms and bank details will be provided on the invoice.

Price Adjustments: I acknowledge that Pooch Patrol Dog School reserves the right to review and update prices, with any changes communicated in advance.

Key Handling and Home Security

Key Handling: Pooch Patrol Dog School will ensure that all household keys are securely locked away when not in use and that no address will be included on key fobs. I also understand that should my keys be misplaced Pooch Patrol Dog School;s insurance will cover the cost of lost keys.

Picking up/dropping off dogs: I will ensure that Pooch Patrol Dog School understand where to collect and drop off my dog, taking into account adverse weather and access to furniture. I will ensure that door locks are fully working, enabling access to the property with ease.

Damage: I understand that Pooch Patrol Dog School will not be liable for any damage to my property. 

ID and Health Requirements

Identification: I confirm that, by law, my dog wears a secure collar with an ID tag containing my contact information.

Microchip: I acknowledge that, by law, my dog must be microchipped.

Vaccinations: I confirm that my dog is vaccinated and regularly flea and worm treated.

Infectious illness: I agree to let Pooch Patrol Dog School know if my dog has an infectious illness such as kennel cough, and understand that my dog will not be able to be walked during this period of illness.

Vets

Emergency Care: I agree to provide my veterinarian's contact details and authorise Pooch Patrol Dog School to seek emergency care if necessary.

Aggressive/Reactive Dogs

Behavioural Information: I confirm that I will inform Pooch Patrol Dog School of any aggressive tendencies my dog/s may have.

Privacy Policies and Media Consent

Confidentiality: I understand that my personal information will be kept confidential.

GDPR Compliance: I acknowledge that Pooch Patrol Dog School adheres to GDPR regulations.

Media Consent: I consent to photos and videos being taken during walks for promotional purposes. I understand that I can opt out of this by informing Pooch Patrol Dog School.

Additional Information

Adverse Weather Conditions: I understand that walks will proceed in various weather conditions, with adjustments made for extreme weather. If the outside temperature is deemed unsafe, I understand that Pooch Patrol Dog School will make a final decision on whether it is safe to walk my dog. On occasions where it is deemed unsafe, I understand that Pooch Patrol Dog School may offer to visit my dog at home to provide company, access to outdoors for toileting and enrichment, which may be for a reduced period than agreed, due to the number of dogs usually attending group sessions. Pooch Patrol Dog School will keep me informed of any changes as soon as possible, the price will also change to relect this.

Bitches in Season

I agree to inform Pooch Patrol Dog School if my female dog is in season to make necessary arrangements for their walks.
